I’m playing at Oldschool Madness!

MC Syco will be celebrating his 30 year music career with a banger of a party in my hometown Hengelo, with a massive line-up.

And I’m proud to announce that I’m on it as well! Yes, you read that correctly – I’ll be returning from my ‘retirement’ and will get behind the decks one more time to play some industrial shit.

I hope to see as many of you as possible in February! ????

Annoucement Regarding DJ-Bookings

Now that my Defqon.1 performance has been made public, I also have another announcement to make:

As most of you know, last year I decided to take a break from DJ-ing. I needed this time off to re-evaluate certain priorities & goals in life, as I have changed a lot over the course of the years. I’ve been pondering things like: Who am I really? What do I really want in life? Do I do certain things because I genuine like it / because others want me to / because I need to prove myself? etc etc. A kind of “sabbatical”, if you will.

One of the things I’ve found out was that I *did* miss to play on music events. I love the scene, the people involved, the energy, the rush of seeing an audience going nuts on my own music. But too much and too many times a year has proven to be an overkill for me.

So I have made a decision for as long as I see fit:
I will now officially be playing on music events & festivals again.. But my DJ-sets will be more exclusively from now on. This means I will only be playing around 3-4 times a year, on events that really interest me.

Into the Dark Lands

On Saturday 9 February, the dark and raw beats reign @ Waregem, Belgium! It’s time to celebrate “Into the Dark Lands”, which is the very own record label party of Dark Descent, hosted by New Electronic Order. I will be playing a DJ-set there, other artists who will be giving you serious ear damage are: Embrionyc, Razor Edge, Sei2ure, The Relic, Raum 107, T.P.R.O.E., Carnage, Cluster and Sound Abuse. Also, the first 50 visitors will receive a special limited CD. Prepare for an awesome night!
